Mphasis is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) division in Bangalore, focusing explicitly on leading and scaling the company's employee volunteering portfolio across India. Operating within a hybrid model, this execution-focused position is designed for a social sector professional who can systematically build, monitor, and scale corporate engagement frameworks. Moving far beyond passive administrative support, you will take end-to-end programmatic ownership of developing the annual volunteering calendars—coordinating virtual, onsite, and high-value skills-based opportunities. You will serve as the master administrator for the firm's dedicated digital volunteering platform, handle vendor operational issues, oversee rigorous compliance and due diligence routines when onboarding new NGO vendors, and engineer impactful communication materials to drive participation metrics across various Business Units.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Communications, Development Studies, or a related discipline. A Postgraduate qualification in Social Work (MSW), CSR, Sustainability, or Development Management is highly preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of verified professional experience operating within corporate CSR teams, corporate foundations, non-profit organizations, or human resources employee engagement streams.
- Outstanding end-to-end event and project management capabilities, with a proven track record organizing large-scale, multi-location volunteer initiatives, skills-based donation clinics, and on-site community outreach projects.
- Hands-on experience acting as the primary system administrator for enterprise employee volunteering platforms—managing volunteer rosters, configuring event profiles, tracking engagement hours, and auditing dashboard telemetry for data accuracy.
- Rigid analytical understanding of partner onboarding processes, including conducting comprehensive pre-onboarding due diligence verifications, analyzing compliance records, and managing monthly employee donation routing sequences into vetted partner NGO systems.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to negotiate and align agendas seamlessly across corporate executives, Human Resources, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), regional CSR champions, and third-party implementation agencies.
- Highly proficient written and verbal English communication mechanics to construct compelling engagement materials, design weekly newsletters, write programmatic success stories, and compile visual impact summaries for corporate distribution.
- Advanced capabilities utilizing Microsoft Excel to compile, clean, and model volunteering participation data, beneficiary reach tracking, and corporate contribution logs to support leadership reviews, external audits, and mandatory legal CSR reporting frameworks.
